How long does provisioning take?

The backend automatically creates a delivery ticket after payment confirmation. Provisioning typically completes within minutes to a few hours depending on data center inventory and configuration. The console shows SSH port and VNC info once ready.

Can I upgrade my model or add storage mid-cycle?

Yes, via ticket — upgrade 16GB → 24GB, or add +1TB / +2TB storage or a Thunderbolt 5 cluster. The price difference is prorated for the remaining cycle; see the checkout page for real-time quotes.
